Product Introduce

The engine adopts 60° V-type 16-cylinder layout, with 159mm bore, 159mm stroke and 13.9:1 compression ratio. The maximum power is 1194kW at 2100rpm, peak torque reaches 5966N・m at 1500rpm, and continuous working torque is 5071N・m.

 

Equipped with PT fuel supply system and Holset turbocharger, it supports three intake and exhaust configuration options. Integrated cylinder block and cylinder head structure reduces leakage risk and component quantity. Forged steel crankshaft and camshaft together with platform mesh honed cylinder liner improve overall rigidity and wear resistance. The complete supporting systems such as lubrication, cooling and air intake are professionally matched, with dry weight 4858kg and compact overall layout, supporting customized assembly and wide environmental adaptation.
